1.What's your product range?

2. How can we guarantee quality?
Always a pre-production sample before mass production;
Always final Inspection before shipment;
3.Does the sample free? And how many days needed for preparing?
1. The free samples can be sent to you by freight collect. It will be ready for delivery in 3 days.
2. For the customized samples , it will take about 10-15 days and will need you pay sample fee ,and sample fee will be returned when placing the order.
4.What is the minimum order quantity?
It is depending on items,pls contact us to check the MOQ for each item. We can provide you the lowest minimum order quantity
5.How long is the delivery time?
For the stock item,delivery time will be 7 days,and 15~30 days for the customized or not in stock products,or depends on your order quantities.
6.What's the shipping way?
By Express 5-7 days , By Air 10-15 days, By sea 25-35 days, By railway 30-35days.
Air , sea , railway, including customs clearance and tariffs and sent the door.
7.What is your payment term?
Payment<=5000 USD, 100% in advance, By TT, Westen Union and Paypal.
Payment>5000 USD, 30% T/T in advance, 70% balance before shipment.
8.How can I place an order? Are u a wholesaler or retailer？

9.Do you provide any after-sales service?
1.Can sign quality assurance agreement.
2.Can sign product Design Protection Agreement.
3.We can refund you Corresponding amount If there is a problem with an individual product or can make corresponding product in next order
